The Incident and Problem Management Coordinator will assist in the execution of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Operations within DELWP.  The role will be responsible for day to day IT incident and problem management activities. 

The Incident and Problem Management Coordinator will:

  • Manage the execution of the IT Incident and Problem Management process
  • Assist in the adoption of IT Incident and Problem Management across DELWP
  • Ensure incidents, requests and problems are handled according to agreed procedures
  • Assist in the maintenance of support documentation and advise on support arrangements
  • Provide standard and ad-hoc reports and assist in the development of policies and processes.

You will be required to develop and maintain strong relationships within and outside the Department to support the consistent delivery of ICT Services. The incumbent will promote the use of the departments Information Technology Service Management tool and ensure adherence to policies and procedures in place governing its use.
