The Executive and Business Support Officer is responsible for the provision of executive and business support within the Climate Change Division. The role will provide administrative support to one or more Directors, together with a range of functions in support of the wider division, including secretariat, business and project support.

Demonstrated experience in providing administrative and executive support to a senior executive, Government experience preferred. Proven ability to manage priorities and others' emotions, clarify problems and identify solutions.

Experience in delivering a range of executive and business support functions. Proven skills in utilising and managing business systems, including maintenance of databases and use of Lotus Notes, Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This is a fixed term position available until 3 July 2020.
