Position Details

Do you enjoy working collaboratively with a range of partners to deliver practical outcomes? Are you interested in contributing to the Grampians region's transition to net zero emissions? We are seeking a motivated Program Manager with strong relationship management skills and delivery expertise to lead the place-based energy portfolio.

We are seeking a candidate with the ability to shape and deliver a program in a dynamic environment, and who can build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.

The successful applicant will lead the energy program within the Community and Partnership Programs team, working collaboratively with key partners across government, industry and the community. You will, as a Program Manager, contribute to the culture and broader objectives of the Community and Partnership Programs team, which covers Aboriginal Partnerships, Climate Change, Engagement and Communications. 

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Qualifications and/or expertise related to stakeholder and community engagement, relationship management and an understanding of the Victorian energy sector are desirable.

This is an ongoing position. This position is located at Ballarat (flexible).
