Position Details

The Executive Support Officer will provide high-level support for up to two (2) Directors - the Director, Bushfire Risk Reduction and Director, Bushfire and Emergency Management - within the Forest and Fire Operations Division.

The successful applicant will work effectively as a member of the team, undertaking a variety of work across the Forest and Fire Operations Division State team. You will be self-starting, demonstrate initiative, enjoy learning and taking on new challenges, and can form and maintain positive working relationships across the Forest Fire and Regions Group, the department and with key stakeholders.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience providing executive assistance and administrative support services to senior management.

This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne (Flexible).
