The Solution Architect is responsible for managing their own work, estimating its complexity and size, determining technical design (within architectural guidelines) and contributing to continuous improvement. They also significantly contribute to analysis and testing activities. The Solution Architect takes responsibility for investigative work to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes, through improvements in information systems, information management, practices, procedures, and organization change. Along with this they apply and monitor the use of modelling and analysis tools, methods and standards, giving special consideration to business perspectives.

Specialist/Technical Expertise

  • Required – Proven experience collaborating with various business groups and IT teams to analyse, design and implement new enterprise solutions.
  • Required – Exposure to Design patterns and Data structures.
  • Required – Proven experience in Relational Data Design concepts
  • Required – Knowledge of Web application security best practices.
  • Required – Experience working with one of the frontend programming technologies – Angular, Typescript, ReactJS, Javascript, HTML, CSS
  • Desirable - Experience with back-end programming languages such as C#, Python, Nodejs etc: to create and maintain RESTful APIs. Experience with one of the following version control systems - GitHub, CodeCommit, BitBucket.

This is a fixed term-flexible position available until 22 September 2022.
