Position Details

In this role you will provideauthoritative advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of employee-related matters and to lead key initiatives for the continuous improvement of departmental change policies and processes.

Some of the task include, plan, manage, lead and deliver on key employee relations outcomes to ensure departmental priorities, directions and objectives are met; maintain relationships with executives, managers, staff and union representatives ; manage the Government enterprise agreement approval process for the Department's portfolio statutory authorities; prepare complex reports, briefs and correspondence for a variety of audiences.

To be successful in this role you will need have demonstrated ability to provide specialist advice to managers on industrial relations and staff employment issues.
