Position Details

The Biodiversity Division leads the delivery of Victoria's biodiversity strategy, Protecting Victoria's Environment – Biodiversity 2037. The Biodiversity 2037 Planning and Participation team plays a strategic planning and engagement role to enable effective delivery across key partners and stakeholders.

The position supports the engagement and communication required to build understanding of the Biodiversity 2037 vision and associated tools and implementation opportunities amongst government and non-government stakeholders including the broader community.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • A tertiary qualification(s) in a relevant discipline such as public policy, social science, communications/marketing, natural resources management or science is desirable.
  • Experience with planning and/or undertaking internal and external engagement processes

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2023.
