Solar Victoria was established to enable >750,000 Victoria households to reduce their electricity bills by delivering subsidised solar solutions.  We've recently launched a brand-new Industry and Consumer Interaction portal based on the Salesforce platform therefore we are seeking an experienced Business UAT & System Administrator who will be instrumental in providing technical administration and support for the Solar Victoria Portal environment, they will work closely with the work closely with functional leaders to identify develop and deploy new business processes.  This is a hybrid role, part Technical Project Manager, part Administrator and part Salesforce Analyst.

We require a candidate who possesses a positive, enthusiastic attitude, strong self-motivation, a high level of organisational skills, can display a structured way of working, and has an enjoyment of collaborating with others to achieve win-win outcomes.  An exceptional team player with demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Sales & Service Cloud certifications and proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption is desirable.

To be successful in this role it is essential you can demonstrate a high level of communication skills, strong stakeholder management abilities and exceptional problem-solving skills as well as the adaptability to cope with a shifting landscape.  You will also be experienced working in a fast-paced, agile environment whilst retaining a strong quality focus with the capability to respond quickly to business needs.
