The Manager, Cladding Rectification Program will be responsible for developing the governance frameworks and supportive processes to enable key executives in the Victorian Public Service to monitor the work of this program but also other programs, including the rectification program for Government owned buildings. The incumbent will provide authoritative program advice to the director, executive director and other senior executives across the Victorian Government on program delivery including how risks can be managed and government expectations can be met. Establish and maintain governance frameworks to enable the oversight of program/projects, aligned with departmental or government practices and standards; drive a culture of continuous improvement in program governance by leading the development and implementation of a monitoring, evaluation, reporting and continuous improvement framework.

The position will also support the Division in relation to other functions including reporting and business planning.

Demonstrated experience in the management and oversight of high profile programs and projects, managing teams and complex budgets in the public or private sector is required.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 3 years.
