This position is primarily responsible for developing new targeted communication products and maintaining and improving the website and other electronic media platforms. The successful candidate will also be required to assist the Senior Stakeholder Relations Officer with coordinating Council events, meetings, forums or workshops and to support the Senior Project Officer with communication activities related to strategic projects.

Specialist/Technical Expertise

  • A tertiary qualification or relevant experience in journalism, writing, communications or equivalent is required.
  • Proven experience in digital communication including wordpress and social media, experience in the development of websites would be an advantage. 

This is a fixed term position available until March 2021.
