The Project Manager Reform will provide high level project management expertise to inform the delivery of a review into the building legislative framework. The position will lead a team managing and supporting an independent advisory panel and other governance structures to inform the review and delivery of regulatory reform projects. The position will also lead the development of project plans, monitoring performance against objectives, providing guidance and support to staff, managing risks and issues and ensuring that objectives are delivered on time. The Project Manager Reform will mentor, coach and guide project teams, and monitor performance and is a member of the Building Policy Branch leadership team. Identify emerging issues and ensure appropriate responses, including risk analyses and the preparation of reports for consideration by the Director, Executive Director, government, management and stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will have Proven technical leadership skills and expertise, including demonstrated capacity to provide strategic advice, direction and guidance in a complex business environment.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2022.
