Position Details

The Injury Management Advisor provides a range of services within the regions in the areas of WorkCover and Non WorkCover and other injury management initiatives as required. Services include assisting with return to work for employees with work and non-work related injury or illness and contributing to continuous improvement of injury management.

In this role you will liaise with treating practitioners on WorkCover and return to work; Provide advice and support to managers of employees with disabilities, including awareness about reasonable adjustment, and assist in the organization of workplace modifications where needed; Deliver information sessions on WorkCover/Injury Management to Department locations throughout Victoria.
