Position Details

The Program Manager Permissions Delivery will play a key role in leading and supporting best practice permissions delivery.  The position requires excellent communication, research and negotiation skills with capacity to provide accurate and timely advice to internal and external customers.   The role will also support the development and refinement of key permission policies and procedures, the identification of emerging business requirements, workflow efficiencies, user training and other support needs.

The position also plays a leading role in coordinating administrative law advice to delegates in relation to permission-related decisions under the Wildlife Act 1975, the Flora and Fauna Guarantee Act 1988 and the Forests Act 1958.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of existing regulatory systems and processes.
  • Ability to translate concepts to operational activities.

This is a fixed term role available until 30 June 2023.
