Position Details

The Manager Technology and Digital Operations is pivotal in ensuring an optimum experience for Solar Victoria's customers through the development, management and ongoing improvement of our technology platforms and digital solutions.

The primary responsibility is to enable the organisation to deliver maximum value from our technology and related partnerships and to identify new opportunities using digital solutions. The successful applicant will be a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and contract management skills and a solid record of delivery in a customer facing digital environment.

The role is responsible for the leadership of a multi-disciplinary team comprising technology specialisation and management, service management, commercial and contractual partner management. It requires close collaboration across the organisation, in particular with Enterprise Projects and Customer Experience Delivery teams.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Senior level experience and proven success in delivering and managing technology environments including third-party delivery partners
  • Strong understanding of business process management and SaaS based applications (e.g. CRM and workflow engines)
  • Experience in Simplicity by Design and Security by Design approaches to system design and development
  • Experience in the design and operation of robust and supportable systems that ensure high availability.

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 36 Months. The preferred work location for this position is at our brand-new state of the art headquarters in Morwell. A Melbourne CBD location can also be negotiated with Hybrid work arrangements available.
