Position Details
The Executive Support Officer's role is to provide high-level confidential support to the three Directors within the Water Security and Resilience division, including the Director – Water Infrastructure Projects, Director- Water Security Policy and Director – Resilience and Emergency. and project administrative support across these Policy and Program teams.
The role is suited to a highly organised person with a strong service delivery focus, able to prioritise tasks and conflicting workloads ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality standards and applies discretion particularly in relation to confidential and sensitive matters.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Prior experience in providing executive support is strongly desirable
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
