Position Details

In the Policy and Planning Division of the Forest, Fire and Regions Group, we support environments and communities to be resilient and thrive, through advancing forest, fire and emergency management policy and planning.

The Executive Assistant is responsible for high quality executive and administrative support, management of services for complex office support, correspondence and record keeping, as well as administering policies, procedures and protocols. You will use your proficiency with MS Office suite of tools to support management and their team to deliver government priorities and contribute to building a positive culture.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Executive administration experience.

This is an ongoing position.
