Position Details

To be successful in the role you will provide high level co-ordination, support and advice to help meet government, departmental, and group objectives and the delivery of key projects. You will also have strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills to be able to operate with sensitivity, sound demonstrate judgement and services excellence.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • A tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience, in planning, law, public administration or a related discipline is required.
  • An understanding of the processes and levers that apply to government would be highly regarded.
  • An understanding of emergency management operating environments and policy frameworks is an advantage, but not essential.

This is a fixed term position until 30 June 2022.
