Position Details

This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of an exciting approach to mobilising admin support services across DEECA.

The Internal Admin Agency (IAA) is an innovative way of providing high quality, temporary administrative services across the department.

Working in the IAA as an Executive Assistant and General Admin Support team member will require a high degree of flexibility and adaptability. We are looking for highly motivated individuals able to provide quality executive and administrative support while maintaining effective relationships with our customers.

Our ideal candidates will be willing and able to:

  • Work in a variety of locations across DEECA (under flexible work policy)
    Provide administrative support to high level senior executives including diary and meeting management, email and travel arrangements
  • Attend to a broad range of confidential and sensitive enquiries ensuring they are appropriately monitored and dealt with
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills with the capacity to meet timelines, attention to detail, cooperative working approach within a team environment and able to balance competing priorities

You will be well supported by the IAA team and peers in this team-based approach for assisting our executive managers and building capability and culture for effective and timely admin and executive support across the department.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Executive administration experience required.

These are ongoing positions. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
