Position Details

The Business Operations Support Officer is part of a state-wide Operations team that provides high quality business services to staff, tenants, and visitors to AgVic regional and metropolitan sites. 

The position will provide business administration and site-based services including the delivery of front and back of house services, support to facilities and fleet services, Meeting Room support services and other site operation services.  Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of OH&S policies and procedures would be highly regarded.
  • Experience with computerised applications to support business support services, including the Microsoft 365 suite, and Oracle Financials.
  • A current Drivers License.

This is an ongoing part time position working at 0.6 FTE. The work location for this position is Hamilton.
