Position Details

The Business Operations Support Officer is part of a state-wide Operations team that provides high quality business services to staff, tenants, and visitors to AgVic regional and metropolitan sites.

The position will provide business administration and site based services including the delivery of front and back of house services, support to facilities and fleet services, Meeting Room support services and other site operation services. This position provide services to the public from 9am to 1pm Tuesday to Thursday.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of OH&S policies and procedures would be highly regarded.
  • Experience with computerised applications to support business support services, including the Microsoft 365 suite, and Oracle Financials.
  • A current Drivers License.

This is a part time (0.8 FTE) fixed term position available for a period of 6 Months. The work location for this position is 915 Mt Napier Road, Hamilton.
