Position Details

The Workforce team operates in a fast paced and dynamic environment. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering outstanding professional HR and Workforce services to our stakeholders.

We are looking for a hard-working HR professional who can navigate a range or Workforce and "people related" queries to help us to build our organisational capability and support a high performing culture. As well as being a team player who can roll their sleeves up and go the extra mile when required, you will be capable of taking the lead on discrete, ad hoc projects as they arise.

You will ideally have experience in working within a HR or Recruitment environment and able to interpret a range of HR policies and procedures to help inform accurate and timely responses.  You will also have exceptional writing skills and will be called upon to produce a range of both technical and non-technical briefs, reports, project plans etc.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Experience in providing HR advice and/or leading recruitment initiatives.
  • Experience in implementing HR projects.

This is a fixed term position available until 21 July 2026. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
