Position Details
The Partner Delivery Officer will support the Solar Homes Program by taking a lead role in the end-to end processing journey of grants and rebates for rooftop solar (PV) and hot water. The incumbent will hold subject matter expertise in eligibility criteria and operational procedures, and be able to apply this knowledge to support organisations to apply and receive rebates as part of the Solar Homes Program.
Reporting to the Senior Program Officer and working with the Partner Delivery Team, the contact centre, and across Solar Victoria to coordinative activities, the Partner Delivery Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation of new grant programs managed by the Customer Experience Delivery Branch. The role requires analytical thinking and data capability to contribuite towards program reporting. To support the team and ensure consistent processes are followed and understood, the role will create and maintain user guides that provide clear instruction for colleauges in how to use systems and apply program rules to process applications and ensure program compliance
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- High level skills and demonstrated work experience in program/project administration.
- Experience using Salesforce and GEMS platform is highly regarded
- A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
- An understanding of Victorian government procurement policies, processes and procedures is desirable
This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2026. The work location for this position is Melbourne CBD or Morwell, VIC with hybrid work arrangements available.
