Position Details

The SAP SuccessFactors Support Specialist, People and Culture (P&C) Systems leads the support function for DEECA's HCM system - PeopleCentral (SAP SuccessFactors). The role drives continuous improvement, problem solving, administration, and user training of all PeopleCentral modules. These include SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance Management & Goal Management, Learning, Recruitment and Onboarding.

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence and building a high performing culture. You will also work closely with Information Services Division (ISD) and Finance teams to ensure integrated and seamless experience for all users.
The SAP SuccessFactors Support Specialist is a member of People & Culture Division, contributing to the delivery of Group and Departmental priorities and to building an inclusive and high performing workforce that is customer focused, collaborative and professional.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Subject matter experience in SAP SuccessFactors (all modules) (mandatory)
  • Formal qualifications in ICT or a related field (preferred)

This is a fixed term position available until 27 June 2025. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
