Position Details

Are you passionate about driving change and making a real impact? Join our team as an Agile Business Analyst in Agriculture Victoria!

In this role, you'll work with our Scrum teams to support the Product Owner by understanding, analysing, and documenting user requirements in an agile way. You'll be an integral part of our agile delivery model and provide essential support to our Technology Modernisation Program by ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical solutions.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Significant experience working as an agile Business Analyst in Scrum teams
  • Demonstrated experience in the design of agile Discovery plans
  • Excellent skills in business process mapping
  • Demonstrated experience in story mapping
  • Excellent skills in the definition of user stories and acceptance criteria elicitation
  • Experience providing business analysis in Pega implementations would be well regarded

This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 June 2026.  The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
