What you'll be doing

• Partner with employees, leaders and Members of Parliament to deliver practical HR support — from recruitment and workforce planning to performance and employee relations.
• Travel across Victoria (and to Parliament House) to build trusted relationships with your stakeholders.
• Contribute to exciting HR projects like graduate programs, policy updates, recognition initiatives and new HR tech systems.
• Drive inclusion by helping deliver our Reconciliation, Gender Equality and Disability and Inclusion Action Plans.
