Principal Project Manager, Commercial Development

A challenging leadership opportunity exists for highly experienced Principal Project Manager within the Commercial Development team, Housing Growth and Commerical Development branch, Homes Victoria. The Principal Project Manager will lead will manage a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the business case development and approvals for the Big Housing Build.

Are you:

  • Experienced in developing and managing a high performing team  
  • Experienced in delivering highly complex, time critical, large scale projects with multiple consultancies and stakeholders
  • Able to manage and oversee the full life cycle of commercial projects (including feasibility, design management, tendering, and contract administration)
  • Demonstrated ability in providing effective and efficient leadership, guidance and authoritative commercial advice to internal and external stakeholders
