Position Details

Science Project Officer

About the Role:

The science project officer contributes to EPA by delivering specialist applied sciences advice, with guidance from senior scientists, to inform decisions about a range of complex contaminated environments and waste issues and technical solutions.

To be Successful in this Role:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in a related field.
  • Well-developed knowledge of the environmental management, compliance and techniques for achieving compliance using regulatory or non-regulatory approaches.
  • Working knowledge and literacy of disciplines drawn from, environmental, scientific and/or engineering disciplines.
