L&D Content Developer

About the Role:

  • Contribute to the design, development and implementation of a new learning and development framework that will support EPA to transform into a world class regulator.
  • Exciting opportunity to be an integral part of shaping the future direction of EPA's regulatory practice at Victoria's leading environmental regulator.
  • Be part of a skilled team of professionals to design and develop the new learning & development materials.

To be Successful in this Role:

  • Proven experience in contributing to the design and delivery of high quality organisational learning and development programs that focus on adult learning principles, transfer of learnings and provide for continuous professional development
  • Experience in eLearning and online learning
  • Broad understanding of organisational learning and development
  • Understanding of 70:20:10 framework is highly desirable Knowledge of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) / Experience liaising with RTOs
  • Innovative thinking and ability to meet tight timeframes

If you have a demonstrated track record of being part of a successful team and delivering projects on time, within budget and to a high standard, you are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience in coordination across multidisciplinary issues and regulatory requirements, preferably in a government setting, is also required.
