Position Details

Ambulance Victoria's operating environment is continuously changing and increasingly complex.  Demand will continue to increase and the organisation needs to be well placed to adapt and respond to community needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced analyst to join the team in a full time permanent position located at our Doncaster Office, within the Chief Operating Office Directorate.

About the role

The role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of AV's social and environmental responsibility agenda, reporting to the Director Sustainability.  The main duties of the role include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the development and implementation of the Social and Environmental Responsibility Action Plan by coordinating AV's social and environmental data collection and management systems
  • Providing analytics input and expertise to inform social and environmental reporting
  • Assisting with promoting, communicating, developing and delivering AV's sustainability change and engagement plan

About you

You will possess tertiary qualifications preferably in a business and/or sustainability related discipline.  In addition, project and change management certifications together with experience in social impacts and outcomes measurement, will be viewed favourably. 

You will be a passionate and enthusiastic advocate for supporting change management, visionary and proactive.  You will be known for your excellent professional judgement, presentation, written and verbal communication skills, together with your ability to influence, engage and motivate others. Your solid understanding of systems thinking and data analytics together with significant experience in the use of MS Office applications, will ensure success in this role.

The annual salary range for this role is $83,943 - $93,270 + 9.5% superannuation.

The successful candidate must have a current Victorian Driver's Licence, be willing to travel throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria when required, and undertake a National Police check.
