We have two ongoing opportunities for efficient, customer focused professionals to join the VBA, providing support and administrative services to the Audit & Inspections team.
A fantastic opportunity for the experienced admin professional, the Support Officer is responsible for providing a range of administrative support in a diverse and varied role.
Core functions of the role include preparation of various correspondence and documentation, records management, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, providing procurement support, scheduling of appointments, monitoring of various inboxes and supporting the team to efficiently resolve issues.
Who we are looking for:
- Experienced customer service, processing and administration professionals.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect requests and find solutions.
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear and concise documentation and support
- Good organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Prior experience scheduling for trades would be well regarded.
