Two exciting opportunities exist for Operations Managers on an ongoing basis at Corella Place.

Corella Place is a transitional accommodation facility that enhances the protection of the community by providing supported accommodation for high-risk and complex sex offenders when appropriate accommodation in the community is not available.

The Operations Manager is a senior manager who oversees day-to-day operations and provides support to the General Manager of Corella Place. This position manages the high level day-to-day operational needs of the facilities, contributing to the ongoing strategic planning, implementation and improvement of operations in a changing environment.

This position is also responsible for the performance management of Team Leaders and Specialist Case Workers (SCWs), both independently and in a team context, in a dynamic operational environment for which the incumbent will require superior leadership skills.

This position supervises and monitors offenders by using tact, sound judgment and practical problem solving skills based on best practice initiatives in line with the Good Lives Model of Offender Rehabilitation (GLM) and administer the Electronic Monitoring System.

This position will be required to have advanced skills in the management of high risk and/or high profile offenders and experience in motivating multi-disciplinary staff teams.  This position will suit a highly self-motivated, outcome and solutions focused individual; who can respond quickly to a changing operational environment.
