Position Details

We currently have a fixed term opportunity available within our Investigations team until November 2023, for an experienced Administration Officer looking to take the next step to a senior level position.

As the Senior Administration Officer you are a key member of the team. You will provide administration services to the Investigations team.  This role actively supports the Business unit in the delivery of compliance and performance functions undertaking administration and client service duties including data entry, general office support duties, financial administrative activities, customer service and the provision of information to clients.

Working in a Senior capacity this role will oversee the work of other administrative officers within the team ensuring key tasks are completed and objectives are met.

What we are looking for:

  • Extensive demonstrated experience in the provision of administrative support within a Corporate or Regulatory environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify opportunities for generating workplace innovation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and taking responsibility for initiating outcomes.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate work, with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite, with all aspects of record keeping, database management and with preparation of routine correspondence.
