The Program Manager- Regulatory Transformation is responsible for managing a key transformational initiative to build VBA's supply and capacity of harms-based regulatory inspectors and their work across the organisation.
This role is responsible for complex project coordination, planning and delivery and includes a strong emphasis on internal stakeholder engagement and change management. You will be required to draw on knowledge and experience across VBA projects, methods and procedures in Regulatory Operations to provide expert support and guidance on project delivery.
This role provides advice to the VBA's Executive Leadership Team, Regulatory Operations on project initiatives and progress, playing a key role in leading a range of planning, reporting and assurance-related activities.
Who we are looking for:
- Proven experience in managing complex end-to-end projects of strategic importance including the delivery of complex projects.
- Demonstrated strong understanding of operational activity in a regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports, project briefings, presentations and policy recommendations.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships including demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with various key stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, project and/or program management with demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary programs of work.
