POSITION SUMMARY

Relocations Support Officer

The Relocations Support Officer will provide administrative support to, a number of teams responsible for the relocation of the Director of Housing tenants to enable redevelopment or large capital works projects to be undertaken.The Relocations Support Officer will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders under the direction of the Relocations Team Leader. The position requires good communication skills, an understanding of housing allocation and community needs.

  • A good communicator with experience in tenant relocations, understanding tenants' needs and leasing processes?
  • A team player with the ability to maintain collaborative relationship with a range of stakeholders including complex tenants.
  • A flexible self-starter ensuring timely delivery of program and project?
