Position Details


Property Portfolio Officer

The Property Portfolio Officer is responsible for the management, administration and oversight of property portfolios owned or leased on behalf of the Director of Housing. These activities include portfolio analysis and performance reporting, management and administration of tenant and landlord obligations and drafting and review of various property agreements (lease, variations, registration of interests, etc).

Reporting to the Portfolio Management Team Leader, this role is a hands-on property management role that leads lease administration, critical date and contract management, risk management and general portfolio administration duties

Are you:

  • A property professional with experience in property management within the public, private or not-for-profit sectors?
  • A team player and a collaborator with good understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, Victorian Government Land Policies, and the role of the Valuer Generals Office?
  • A good communicator with an understanding of residential lease management specifically in the residential sector?
