Position Details

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Recruitment and Training Manager, this job-share role will lead the development and delivery of training solutions for the VEC's casual election staff. A major component of the role will involve preparing and delivering training to the VEC's front line managers during an election period.

This role is offered as a job share arrangement three days per week. The successful applicant will work Thursday, Friday and one other week day.

The successful applicant

To be successful, you will have experience developing and delivering effective workplace training.

You are an innovative thinker and confident utilising a range of training delivery methods to achieve desired outcomes.

You have excellent project management skills and are comfortable working within a strictly legislated environment with inflexible deadlines.

Qualifications in training or education are highly desirable.
