About the Opportunity

  • As a Site Manager, you'll oversee various site management duties and responsibilities in terms of team development and managing day to day operations to ensure business outcomes are met.
  • You'll provide supervision and training to less experienced staff in the field.
  • You will ensure that the technical knowledge of the depot continues to grow and develop, by using gap analysis methodology and the CDP (Capability Development Plans) process to identify opportunities for staff development.
  • You will be required to coach and mentor field staff by leading by example and develop group cohesion
  • You will ensure your team maintain the highest level of discipline and are accountable for their actions/inactions, in line with the Code of Conduct.
  • You will be required to foster a workplace environment that encourages and supports safe work practices and promotes incident reporting culture.
  • You will measure your impact and influence via business outcomes or KPI's.

About You

  • Identify conflict and work with team members to come to a resolution and use negotiation and persuasion skills to contribute to business discussions.
  • Implement changes to existing work practices, policies and procedures that result in business improvements in line with the work area direction and strategic goals.
