About the Opportunity
Modal Planning brings together the planning for rail, bus, tram, active transport and the strategic road network into one.
The Public Transport Analyst works within the Bus & Tram planning team. Assisting with the administration of specialist network planning software, importing datasets and undertaking high quality analysis, you will support the planning and development of service improvements across the Victorian public transport network.

About You
You're motivated to contribute to the delivery of a modern, environmentally sustainable and productive network that sees more people choosing public transport.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Victorian public transport system, accompanied by their experience and / or qualifications as a Transport Planner or Analyst.
Key to your success in this role will be:
- Conceptual and analytical skills to solve problems and support decision making
- Collaborative approach to teamwork and stakeholder engagement
- Data literacy and analysis including Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills
- Strong communication skills
