About the Opportunity

The Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for undertaking data reporting and insights on public transport operational performance for internal and external stakeholders to help drive continuous improvement.  This role will help anticipate needs of senior decision makers and evolve data and insights products in response to changing business user needs and emerging issues.


About You

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills:

  • Lead projects and business initiatives in consultation with internal and external stakeholders, applying best practice techniques, to ensure requirements are met and the successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes within timeframes
  • Analytical skills, with experience in trend and analysis reporting and critical evaluation of information and data from multiple sources to make data-based recommendations.
  • Understands the impact of internal IT landscape to daily operations; Has broad understanding on implementation activities related to the introduction and ongoing maintenance of new digital and technology tools.
