- Annual Salary Range: $103,920 - $125,735 per annum plus superannuation
- Tenure: Ongoing

About the Team
This role sits within the Inclusion and Diversity team responsible for leading and managing the development and delivery of organisational programs, policies and strategies to foster an inclusive and diverse workforce and build a culture where our people feel valued, respected and can perform at their best to achieve a prosperous and inclusive Victorian economy.
About the Opportunity
This role will lead the roll out of a capability plan to build organisation capability to undertake Gender Impact Assessments as part of the department's obligations under the Gender Equality Act 2020. You'll play a vital role in advancing gender equity at the Department of Transport as you will advise on the integration of gender equity and inclusion across the Department.
To be successful you'll demonstrate:
- Subject matter expertise in gender equity and equality derived through work experience, education and research.
- Success in undertaking gender analysis or mainstreaming in complex institutional settings.
- Experience building capability in gender equality and/or gender analysis through coaching, training and/or tool development.
- Ability to interpret legislation e.g. Gender Equality Act 2020.
- Excellent organisational, analytical and project management skills and the ability to operate independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to take an intersectional approach to gender equity and inclusion and diversity.
