The Manager Community and Volunteer Programs is responsible for the Community and Volunteer Programs functions and will play a key role in the development of the Victorian Government’s community environmental grants and programs. The position oversees a team of staff who are responsible for the design, development and delivery of programs focussing on biodiversity and sustainability outcomes.
Success in this role requires excellent relationship and negotiation skills to ensure effective partnership arrangements with a complex network of stakeholders and partners, solid management experience, a strong focus on process and detail and great organisational skills.
