This position is responsible for providing executive assistant support to the Executive Director – Policy Governance and Legislation. This includes complex email and calendar management, preparing briefings, correspondence, minutes, agendas and working papers and working with executives and managers to ensure that actions are followed up and completed against mandated timelines.
The Executive Assistant will also manage the coordination and quality assurance of ministerial correspondence and briefs for the division, ensuring that all documents prepared for the Minister and Secretary are reviewed and corrected for errors, conform to the required style and are completed in a timely fashion.
To be successful in this position you will have strong executive assistant experience and excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to form and maintain positive working relationships within the Group and department and with key stakeholders.
