The PMO Coordinator will assist with the development and ongoing continuous improvement of an organisational standard for ICT project delivery. Ensuring the ICT project delivery across the department meets the organisational standard and identifying gaps/areas for improvement for specific projects. Advocating for industry standards and best practice within ICT project delivery across the department

The role requires a PMO Coordinator who is a flexible, team player that will work to ensure effective service delivery to customers of the Project Services Branch. The key to the success of the PMO Coordinator is to have the ability to be self-managing, to have strong customer service skills to manage a variety of stakeholders, to understand and advocate the value of project standards and best practice methods, to solve problems and to contribute to the service excellence of the branch. 

This is a fixed term position available for a period of 12 months.
