The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing a diverse range of strategic and operational advice designed to build organisational capability, respond to changing business needs and to support managers dealing with organisational change and people management challenges.

The role provides leadership in interpreting and applying relevant legislation, VPS and DELWP policy frameworks to manage sensitive and/or complex organisational and HR issues.  You will draw on appropriate technical experts from other areas within People and Culture as required and work collaboratively to see matters through to resolution.  This role also requires all Business Partners to work collaboratively to ensure a consistent level of service and advice is provided to DELWP Groups across the state.

This is a fixed term position until 28 February 2019.
