The Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning is seeking a self-driven person to fill the role of Incident and Problem Management Coordinator.

This role requires someone who has experience with development and support of ServiceNow and has worked in an ITIL environment. You will be required to promote the use of the departments Information Technology Service Management tool and ensure adherence to policies and procedures in place governing its use. You will develop and maintain strong relationships within and outside the Department to support the consistent delivery of ICT Services.

This is an opportunity for you to make a significant contribution to managing the day to day operation of the department's IT Incident and Problem Management process. If you enjoy working within a team environment and have previous experience in major incident and problem management , then this might be what you have been looking for.
