You will be experienced in providing reliable and high quality executive support services to the Executive Director,  coordinate and control the recording of all correspondence to/from the Executive Director as well as assist in the preparation of draft responses for consideration of the Executive Director.

You will drive the integrated and seamless delivery of support to the executive team and Strategy Capability and Innovation Division as whole. Your demonstrated capacity to self-manage and adapt within a changing environment is also critical. Previous experience providing executive assistance and administrative support services to senior management is highly desirable.

This is a ongoing position.
