The Manager will manage the day to day operations of a valuation team at Valuer-General Victoria, provide expert advice to senior management on unique, complex and sensitive property valuation matters, form strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and will work closely with other Land Use Victoria Branches, DELWP Divisions and Departments.

The successful candidate will manage the day to day activities in the delivery of valuations for Valuer-General Victoria (VGV) including training staff and liaising with key stakeholders and contract valuers. Manage the strategic procurement of valuations on behalf of the whole of government through qualified Valuation Services Panels (VSP) and a team of in-house valuers for large, complex or sensitive valuation. Completion of an appropriate tertiary qualification with Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) status and membership with the Australian Property Institute (API).
