Position Details

These roles will undertake a range of project activities for major land use planning projects and associated development opportunities in the Planning Projects and Places and Precincts team within Planning Implementation. Undertake complex research, investigations and analysis on land use planning issues and prepare briefs, reports and correspondence that are clear, concise and grammatically correct, within expected timelines and Contribute to the effective delivery of projects including the development of project plans, ensuring project objectives are met by managing potential and emerging issues, preparing and monitoring project budgets (under supervision), contract management and more complex procurement.

A relevant qualification in Planning, Environment, Social Sciences, Economics, Architecture or Landscape Design is required. As well as well-developed planning and organization skills, together with experience at developing project plans where objectives are clearly defined and project objectives are met by anticipating and managing potential and emerging issues.

Both roles are ongoing.
