Lead and manage a team to deliver complex projects and policy advice related to the building and plumbing industries, including the development of project plans, monitoring performance against objectives, managing risks and issues and ensuring that objectives are delivered on time. You Provide high level and timely advice on significant building and plumbing policy matters and projects to the Minister for Planning and the Executive Team of the Planning Group. Identify emerging issues and ensure appropriate responses, including risk analyses and the preparation of reports for consideration by the Director, Executive Director, government, management and stakeholders. Work flexibly and collaboratively across the business to deliver business unit, group and DELWP priorities and initiatives as required.

The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in public policy, economics, law or relevant field or equivalent experience is required and required and sophisticated understanding of government and demonstrated experience in the management and successful delivery of complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
