Provide policy leadership in developing, reviewing and implementing proposals for changes to the legislation and regulation framework for land use planning in Victoria, including definition of proposed changes, preparing legislative drafting instructions, and reviewing details of proposed legislation. You will Contribute to strategic policy development of Victoria's statutory land use planning system, particularly related to using legal systems to implement policy positions. Provide specialist advice to DELWP officers and external clients to assist understanding of planning and related legislation systems and their interaction with other areas of public administration.

The desired candidate will have Tertiary qualification in Planning, Public Policy, Law or a related discipline. Experience in developing and preparing legislative proposals or statutory provisions would be preferred.
